Salvation
IF YOU DIED TONIGHT, DO YOU KNOW FOR SURE WHERE YOU WOULD SPEND ETERNITY ??

ARE YOU “GOOD ENOUGH” TO GET INTO HEAVEN ??

GOD SAYS:

 ALL ARE GUILTY

“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God”
(Romans 3:23)

“As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one:”
 (Romans 3:10)

     “ But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags….”  (Isaiah 64:6)

     “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, andyet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.” (James 2:10)

 THE PENALTY

“The soul that sinneth, it shall die.”  (Ezekiel 18:20)

“For the wages of sin is death…”   (Romans 6:23)

“…vengeance on them that know not God…punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord…” 
(2 Thessalonians 1:8, 9)

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36)

GOD’S PROVISION

     “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16)

      “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

 “For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.”   (2 Corinth. 5:21)

 GOD’S PROMISE

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise…. But is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)

     “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
(Ephesians 2:8, 9)

“ Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.” ( Titus 3:5)

“He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”  (Mark 16:16)

ACCEPTING THE GIFT

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12)

ASSURANCE OF SALVATION

   “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

 “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” (1 John 5:11-13)
